Thursday, July 31 Sip & Dip at Cork & Olive Lake Mary was fabulous. The French wines that were introduced by Denis Morange and John Kerry went very well with our Lake Mary friends and family.

Denis Morange served as an executive chef from the opening of the FRENCH PAVILION in EPCOT Center at Disney World for the famous French chefs Paul Bocuse, Roger Verge and Gaston Lenotre. Denis also worked in France in Epernay at the famous ROYAL CHAMPAGNE, in Paris at PLAISIR and at the PRE CATELAN, in Rio De Janeiro Brazil, for GASTON LENOTRE.
John Kerry has more than 30 years of experience in all aspects of the wine industry. His claim to fame is that he moved to Florida in 1982 and was the first to person to represent Chateau Ste. Michelle and Columbia Crest the wonderful wines of Washington State. He pioneered those wines for 10 years building them into the popular brands they are today. He has represented wines from virtually every viticulture region on earth. But his true passion has been French Wines and Burgundy in specific. John now has his dream job as a wine importer and directly represents Maison Prosper Maufoux, a Burgundy Negociant Eleveur located in Santenay, France.
